Just wanted to thank you on behalf of our party that have just had the pleasure of staying at the Okaliptus apartments in Turgutreis. We all had a wonderful time there and want to thank the family that look after the apartments for you. They were such a lovely family and made us all so welcome…would you be kind enough to thank them again for us. The apartments were really lovely and the location was perfect for us.Hopefully one-day we will have the pleasure in returning again to Okaliptus..until then have a good season. My name is Valerie Fellows, with my husband David Fellows we own Apartment 2 Mandalaina Gardens Yalikavak.
 
Simon (Emin) from Seaside Holiday Rentals has been with us since 2007.  During this time he has managed our property to a very high standard, but most importantly he has become a very loyal and trustworthy friend.
 
During your stay at our apartment Simon or a member of his small friendly team will visit most days to ensure you are satisfied with everything and answer any questions you may have regarding the apartment, excursions or best places to eat.  He is always happy to help.
 
I hope this can help you choose if our apartment and our friendly team is the one to make your holiday a relaxing and worry free experience,and like us you will want to return time after time knowing you will be greeted with a friendly face and receive a professional service which you deserve.

The review:
I was a little bit dissapionted at first to find it out in the sticks so to speak, but after settling in and getting my mother (who is dissabled) sorted, I took a look around and found it was just what we needed and we will be booking again for next year.
You do need a car to get around ie for shopping and sight seeing, if thats what you want to do, we chose this holiday to relax and chill after haveing a couple of bad years, and this place did it for us there were 4 of us all over 45 and mum being the eldest 78, we enjoyed it haveing the pool almost to ourselves was an added bonus, mum didnt feel everyone looking at her getting in and out of pool.
This bungalow had the use of sunloungers, and had a table and chairs on the property with brollie,also a bq, inside was two good size b/rooms two bathrooms, washer, big fridge freezer, dishwasher, micro, top cooker, iron, and bedding and such, it also has two very good bed settees and two chairs in the lounge area tv, dvd, so honestly we wanted for nothing.
On sight the gardener was very helpfull he would send for fresh bread and such when you want also you can get a BIG bottle of water that you use with a pump and that lasted us two days as we drink alot of tea lol, you can use the toilets like home ie put paper down the loo and not have to use a bin like other places in turkey.
Like I say you do need a car but if you just want to chill and not go sight seeing then you can use taxis (bit pricey) but to go to super markets a must every four days, tesco not bad prices,
There are the restraunts down on the front of Gumusluk we found to be pricey but very nice food brill, there is also a restraunt up in the mountains and the bloke there comes to pick you up and bring you back free of charge, and the food is all home made so you will be waiting a while but the views are something to sea honestly its fantastic.
You will meet Emin on sight and he is just a phone call away if you need anything they can not do enough for you they realy do treat you well here at the green villas, and in Turkey full stop.
Anyone reading this please do get in touch and any questions you have will be answeard as best as they can, enjoy we did.

Review:
The best thing about the apartment is the locality; being centrally located it is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We found Yalikavak had everything we wanted in a holiday destination (the coastline is tremendous and not to be missed). Neither of my teenage children had any complaints about the holiday, both rating it very highly - anyone reading this with teenagers of their own will realise this in itself is some achievement!!!
Upon our arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed - even the beds were comfortable!
The apartment is extremely well managed - we were asked every day if everything was ok and whether we had everything we needed - which in itself is particularly reassuring.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - not only because the apartment was perfectly suitable, but also because of the way we were treated during our stay - ie extremely well. Simon, the manager, could not have done more for us and was very helpful.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning.
